Strength, stability, balance, flexiblity, and functionality are the primary focus of ME Fitness training programs. Personal Training is the cornerstone and the catalyst that drives Me Fitness. We are bio-mechanically sound and precise, academically fortified, and we have an insatiable thirst to help and inspire others. One of our perks is that we make sure every member has some instruction and guidance on their fitness and preventive health care journey. With every membership there is some personal one-on-one attention that every single person receives. All our trainers are nationally certified through the NAFC (National Association of Fitness Certification) where Me Fitness Newport is the NAFC s’ headquarters. With an emphasis on practical application and human body mechanics this certification ensures that the fitness professional truly understands what he/she is doing with a client. This type of training and focus is non-existent in the fitness and gym industry. We even have an acronym named after our five fundamentals of every movement (we know we’re missing the "W", but just play along).

STRENGTH TRAINING
